Hello Friends, my name is Carter Newcome and I have been with Intra-State since the beginning of 2025. I am originally from Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. My hobbies include golfing, attending live sports, and spending time with family. I attended Waynesburg University where I played both Golf and Football in college.
